Starting her career in the early 70’s, Mary Kay was part of the haircutting revolution, competing and winning national and international awards. Sassoon trained, she has been offering innovative face framing hairstyles and colors to fashion conscious clients for over 30 years. She owned a salon in the Philadelphia Mainline for 10 years in the 80’s before moving to Boulder to become the styles director of Charisma Salon for 10 years. It was during that time that she was one of the founders of the Puttin’ on the Leash pet/model fashion show that has gone on to become the Humane Society of Boulder Valley’s main fund-raising event. “After over a year with the Tresca team, I am still so honored and jazzed to work with these talented artists.”
